Attendees:  Brenda Bush, Stephanie Fugina, Leah Lane, Cindy Segovia, Aparna Kulkarni, Lisa McCown and Carrie Pickett

• Financial Update – Chic-fil-A night earned $204 and $75 has been added via PayPal bringing the total to $1104.  We will have a donation box at all our activities and continue the “write a check” campaign.  We discussed numerous places for fundraising activities that Leah will keep working on.

• Website Update – Pictures from the activities will be loaded to the website along with the winning T-shirt after the senior roundup.  Shirts will be ordered online and delivered to Hawaiian Falls.

• Senior Roundup – Sunday at Shawnee Trail.  Everything is set and ready including sound system, games, food and door prizes.  1 hour of bowling plus shoes for 5 guests will be awarded to the T-shirt design winner.  We will also give out door prizes which have been donated or purchased.

• Fundraising – We discussed numerous places for fundraising activities that Leah & Lynn will continue to work on to try to have one every other month.  More information will follow.

• Senior Survey – Surveys were tallied and the events will be:  Senior Day at Six Flags, Hawaiian Falls, Bonfire, Paintball & Bounce House Lock-in per the votes of 314 students.  We will form committees for each activity.  Brenda will design a flyer with all the activity information to hand out at the roundup.

• Miscellaneous Items – Encourage parents and students to join the Facebook pages & check out the website to keep informed.

• The Board did not schedule the next meeting.
